Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unless the product is defective or damaged in package).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We only replace items (or refund the purchase amount) if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective (or damaged in package) product, please notify us at info@bitload.ee<\/a>. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After clarifying the initial circumstances, we will provide you with the return address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
